On behalf of the Planning Committee of the Liberty Chapter of the Medical Library Association, we invite you to join us for the 2nd Annual Meeting to be held Tuesday, November 1st , at the Rutgers Inn and Conference Center, 178 Ryders Ln, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
Our program this year centers on navigating the changing landscape of the Health Sciences Librarianship profession in the wake of COVID-19. We anticipate 100 in-person attendees, with an additional group of attendees virtually.
We are excited this year to offer you the opportunity to participate in Vendor Lightning Rounds, a five-minute presentation to the entire conference audience, by your company’s representative focusing on a new service or product. Another great way you can make an impression is by providing meaningful giveaways or donating a raffle prize. We are also planning special activities to bring attendees into the Exhibitor space.
We believe this is an excellent opportunity for Health Science Librarians and exhibitors to strengthen their relationships by communicating needs, sharing information on valued resources and services, and even just to say hello.
