2:00pm – 3:00pm Professional Development program taught by Michele Vellucci and Thomas Bimmer.
Our session will focus on the following objectives:
- Define Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) - Understand what CPI is and why it matters in organizational success.
- Apply Tools for Problem Solving - Learn and apply practical tools and methods such as process mapping and the 5 Whys.
- Engage People in the CPI Process - Explore key principles and rules of engagement to foster team participation, effective communication, and sustained improvement.
