Thank you for your interest in attending the Liberty Chapter’s 2nd Annual Meeting on November 1st.
This year we are offering two attendance options.
In-Person Registration – Members $55.00/Non-Members $75.00
Members are invited to join us in person for the meeting at the Rutgers University Inn, on November 1st, from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Attendees who elect in-person attendance must be aware that per the Rutgers’ University requirements. As of October 1, 2022 in-person attendees WILL NO LONGER be required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test at check in. Please note as of the writing of this post, face masks are optional. Please visit: Rutgers’ University requirements page for the most up to date information regarding COVID-19 event requirements.
Virtual Registration – Members $35.00
Members are invited to attend the annual meeting virtually. The meeting will be streamed via Zoom. Attendees can expect to be a part of the keynote speaker, group discussions, research presentations and vendor lightning talks. Participants will have a dedicated technical team and have the ability to ask questions and provide comments during the meeting via the chat feature. The Programming Committee will do it best to ensure an engaging meeting and will work with on-site personnel to avoid any technical delays or disruptions during the course of the meeting, but cannot guarantee such technical disturbances will not occur.
In-person Registration will close, Friday, October 14, 2022.
Virtual registration will close, Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
