On behalf of the Planning Committee of the Liberty Chapter of the Medical Library Association, we invite you to join us for our 4th Annual Meeting to be held Wednesday, October 16th, at the at Rockefeller University’s Great Hall, located at 1230 York Avenue, New York, NY 10065.
The annual event provides an interactive and engaging program for 70 attendees in-person and roughly 40 more in virtual attendance. Attendees represent a diverse background of information professionals in the health sciences, who provide professional services in academia, hospitals, and special libraries, and all of which are at various levels of the profession. Our theme, Delivering Information that Makes an Impact, strives to empower our participants to strategically make a difference within their organizations, while championing their role and value as information professionals.
We are excited this year to offer you the opportunity to participate in Vendor Lightning Rounds, a five-minute presentation to the entire conference audience, by your company’s representative focusing on a new service or product. Another great way you can make an impression is by providing meaningful giveaways or donating a raffle prize.
We believe this is an excellent opportunity for Health Science Librarians and vendors to strengthen their relationships by communicating needs, sharing information on valued resources and services, and even just to say hello.
All representatives will be able to participate in all the day’s activities, including our keynote address with Stephanie Fendrick.
