Practical AI for Project Management
At the close of this 1.5 hour professional development session, participants will have:
- comprehended the structure and workings of AI tools
- applied project planning concepts, such as creating a project charter, generating a WBS and timeline to own individual project
- used AI tools to prepare project management documents
About the Instructor:
Sam Sena is a seasoned instructor, AI researcher and technology executive with over 25 years of experience scaling software and telecommunications businesses and leading large-scale transformation programmes across five continents. Sam has taught thousands of adult learners worldwide how to apply pragmatic, hands-on skills immediately at work. Sam earned a joint MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and holds a PhD in Information Systems at the Panthéon-Sorbonne Doctoral School of Management in Paris, researching the intersection of human identity and AI adoption. Sam’s research and insights have appeared in notable conferences and academic journals, including the International Journal of Information Management, the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, and the Americas' Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS). Sam is co-authoring a guidebook on Digital Transformation (Due in 2027) and serves on the board of a high-impact Venture Capital fund.
